Organic, Vegan, Peanut Butter filled Chocolate Hearts!

I made these for a friend this christmas, and was so impressed by how they turned out that I thought I'd share the scrumptious recipe ^_^

You will need:
- Flexible ice cube tray/Chocolate mold
- Large bar of organic dark chocolate
- Organic Peanut Butter

And that is all you need..

Or you can substitute the peanut butter for some organic crunchy cereal, it works equally as well.. but obviously you'll have crispy crunchy choco hearts instead of ones filled with moist peanut butter.

1- Melt 3/4 of the chcolate, and half fill the mold/tray..

2- Swirl the tray around so that the chocolate coats the inside of the mold all around the edges to the top.

3- Leave to set on a very cool surface (this helps the chocolate to set all glossy and smooth)

4- Almost completely fill each one with some peanut butter, leaving about 2/8 of an inch to the top (this will be the base of your chocolate)

5- Melt the rest of the chocolate and pour it over the mold/tray, filling all of them to the top. Then scrape off the excess before placing once again in a cool place to set.

Leave for at least two hours to ensure they're totally set before popping them out.. and voila! Perfectly formed chocolate treats!
